Refund Policy

Notice to users: please read carefully the terms and conditions of our refund policy. By using any of our software you agree to all the terms and conditions of this contract.

General

If you have technical problems with the software, which cannot be fixed by our technical support, you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with the refund policy described below.

However, we are convinced that most refund claims can be avoided if you accept professional help from our Customer Support. To contact Customer Support please contact us from the "Contact Us" form.

 

You have, in accordance with the law, a withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of delivery of your order to cancel it, under the conditions provided by the regulations in force, provided that the reasons for your request for refund are not contrary to our refund policy described below:

 

Conditions of reimbursement

  • No refund will be possible after 14 days from the date of delivery of your order.
  • No refund will be possible if the software has been installed and activated on the target phone.
  • Renewals of existing licenses are non-refundable
  • Version changes (Silver to Black Extreme) are non-refundable

 

Refund procedure

Simply send your refund request to our customer support. In the case of a refund please note that for each transaction 10% will be deducted from the total amount (the fees charged by banks and payment processors).
